Police matters
For crimes in progress or any emergency, call 9-1-1. For all other police matters — past crimes, noise, animals, suspicious activity that is not urgent, or questions — call (806) 395-5198.
City services
Report potholes, water leaks, streetlights, missed trash pickup, high weeds, or other city service issues by emailing info@mcleantx.org. Please include the address or nearest intersection, a description, and your contact information so staff can follow up.

- City Hall: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (closed 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.)
- Police Department Lobby: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Police Patrol: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
City holidays
City Hall is closed on the following holidays. Police patrol continues on all holidays.
