The McLean City Council holds regular meetings at City Hall, 120 S Main St. All meetings are open to the public in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
Agendas are posted on the bulletin board outside City Hall at least 72 hours before each meeting. Special meetings may be called as needed and are posted with the same advance notice.
Residents who wish to address the council during public comment are asked to sign in before the meeting begins. Comments are generally limited to three minutes per speaker. Under state law, the council may not deliberate or take action on items not listed on the posted agenda.
Approved minutes are available for review at City Hall during regular business hours.
